Terms of Service

The rules for using Quegent: your account, your data, payment, and what we do and do not promise.

Last updated 28 September 2026

01

The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Quegent, Inc. ("Quegent", "we", "us") for using quegent.com and the Quegent platform. By creating an account or using Quegent, you agree to them. If you are using Quegent for a company, you are agreeing for that company and confirm that you are allowed to.

You must be at least 18 to use Quegent.

02

What Quegent is

Quegent lets you build workflows on a canvas, connect your own accounts, and run them on a schedule, on a webhook or on demand. Some features use AI to draft or run parts of a workflow.

Quegent is an early product and it changes often. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.

03

Your account

  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password and any API keys safe. What happens under your account is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if you think it has been misused.
  • You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it.

04

Your workflows and data

Your workflows, variables and the data that passes through them belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and run them only so we can provide Quegent to you.

You are responsible for having the right to use that data, including any personal data about your own customers, and for telling those people what you do with it.

05

Connected accounts and third parties

When you connect Slack, Salesforce, Google, an AI provider or any other service, you are using that service under its own terms, and you are responsible for following them. Quegent acts on your instructions and is not responsible for what those services do, for their outages, or for limits they set.

You are responsible for the actions your workflows take in those accounts: the messages they send, the records they create and the money or usage they cost.

06

What you must not do

  • Break the law, or use Quegent to send spam, to harass people or to deceive them.
  • Use it to attack, probe or overload any system, ours or anyone else’s.
  • Try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security controls.
  • Upload or run malicious code, or access another customer’s data.
  • Resell or share access to Quegent in a way we have not agreed to.

If you do any of these, we may pause or close your account.

07

Plans and payment

Quegent has a free plan and paid plans, each with limits on things such as runs and nodes, which are listed on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal.

If you go past your plan’s runs, new runs pause and you are not charged extra. Prices and limits can change, and we will give you notice before a change reaches an existing paid plan.

08

Who owns what

Quegent, including the software, the design and the brand, belongs to us. We give you a limited right to use it while your account is open, and nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything for it.

09

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Quegent and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts others or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first.

When your account ends, what happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10

What we do not promise

Quegent is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will be error-free, always available, or suitable for a particular purpose. AI output can be wrong, so check anything important before you rely on it.

11

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Quegent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim connected to Quegent is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you before they apply. Using Quegent after that means you accept the updated terms.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
