- What counts as a run?
- One start of a workflow, from its trigger to its last step, however many steps it has.
- Is the limit per calendar month?
- No — it counts the last 30 days, rolling. Nothing resets on the 1st; the oldest runs simply drop out as new ones happen.
- What happens when I reach it?
- New runs pause until older ones fall outside the 30 days, or until you move up a plan. You are never charged for going over.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from your settings. Cancelling stops the renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded.
- How am I billed?
- In rupees, through Razorpay. Yearly plans are billed once for twelve months and work out 20% cheaper.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Free plan only needs an account.
